Survey

• PJS Solutions will supply a budget price guide, on acceptance will carry out an accurate survey of the project to enable accurate quotation and provide support information for building control.
  

Design

• Systems will be designed according to minimum requirements for fire rating , acoustic sound requirements, thermal values, security, robustness & appearance. If structural engineer drawings and calculations are required then these will be supplied. All systems are designed for minimum 50 year life

Quotation

• Can be sent by email accompanied with drawings & support information, we will acknowledge receipt of email and call to talk through, return quote within 48 hours
  By post, acknowledge receipt and call to talk through, return quote within 72 hours
  By phone, attain best information to supply budget price, follow up with site visit and quote within 48 hours
  

Building Control:

• We will advise our clients about the Local Authorities Building Control & Building Regulations and will carry out applications as an additional service.
  

Project Management:

• PJS Solutions will project manage the installation including all Health & Safety requirements.
  

Supply

• PJS Solutions has developed its “High Bay” wall systems in conjunction with superior material manufacturers such as FERMACELL, KNAUF, LINDAB & BW INDUSTRIES.
  

Installation:

• Our trained operatives will work with clients to ensure smooth coordination with the work program to keep disruption to a minimum to everyday business. Areas will be protected and kept clean and tidy. PJS Solutions recycles ALL of its waste.
  

Commissioning

• On completion of project we will issue a sign off certificate along with Warrington Fire Certification where applicable.
  

Maintenance / Alterations

• PJS Solutions will carry out any works associated with expansion or layout alterations requirements
