RENDERING

Maxit Machine applied Onelite External Renders

Monocouche Renders – Monopral Cemrend, Lithopral & Renderpral

Maxit Machine Applied Onelite External Renders

A Stunning Selection Of Single Coat Renders
maxit renders have been used throughout Europe for over 25 years. Incorporating single coat hand and machine applied products, and multi-layer insulated systems, the maxit range has a render solution for almost any requirement.

Our single coat range comprises five main products – Onelite MQ (machine applied), Onelite RG, RF and R (machine or hand applied) and Onelite P (hand applied with decorative stone added). These are supported by complementary primers and paints.

Fast-Track Through-Coloured, Weather Resistant & Durable
All Onelite products are manufactured in modern plants, conforming to the most stringent ISO 9001 quality standards. Premixed at the factory so that only water is required for mixing, they provide you with a fast-track, through-coloured, weather-resistant and durable solution which can be applied to masonry, natural stone and concrete.

In addition to a broad range of standard colours and finishes, a colour matching service is available, allowing you to produce beautiful new-build and refurbished buildings in an unlimited number of finishes.

-

Resistant to cracking or fading

-

High elasticity allows movementof the building.

Onelite MQ
Onelite MQ is a machine applied, through-coloured single coat render which can be applied to most substrates. It can be used for new build and renovation projects, normally at a thickness between 15 and 20mm.

The render is available in 12 standard colours and maxit’s colour matching service allows you to choose almost any colour to suit your design and to complement surrounding buildings.

It is mixed on site with water, applied and – depending on weather conditions – is ready for scratching within a few hours.

Onelite R, RG, and RF
Onelite RG, RF and R can be applied by hand or machine and each offers its own

Onelite RG gives you all the benefits of Onelite MQ but in an even more cost-effective hand applied form; Onelite RF provides a closer textured, fine scratched finish whereas Onelite R is a lightweight render with a coarse scratched finish for use on existing renders or aerated concrete blocks.

All are available in the standard colour range.

Onelite P
Onelite P allows you to produce a stone-chip finish using natural stone. A coloured base coat of 15 to 20mm is hand applied, allowed to cure, and then the stones are applied to the surface using a scoop. By careful selection of the stone used (usually it is sourced locally to blend in with the vernacular), you can achieve an infinite number of final finishes.

Onelite P can also be used alongside other Onelite renders to create feature details which add real character to buildings – for example around windows and doors, and in horizontal or vertical layers.

Monocouche Renders – Monopral Cemrend, Lithopral & Renderpral

Traditional rendering suffers from inherent problems due to modern Construction Practices. Apart from differing sand/cement mixes; hollowing, shrinkage and crazing are liable to occur as insufficient time is allowed between the application of coats. Two coats of masonry paint are then applied affecting the renders ability to ‘breathe’. This traditional method of Rendering and Decoration entails a tradesman visiting the same area on 4 separate occasions (minimum), costly in time and manpower.

Now the same finished article can be achieved with only one visit.

Over the years Weber & Brutin have developed a single product to satisfy all these requirements - "Monocouche”. Monocouche Renders represent a single product that is weatherproof and through coloured. Carefully selected colours and aggregates make up the range of Monocouche Renders that produce a decorative finish that will mature naturally and blend with its surroundings, giving years of trouble free service requiring minimal maintenance.

Finishes: Scraped, scraped with ashlar joints, stone or textured

Colours: Available in nearly 300 shades of colour.

Application: Spray applied Monocouche Renders offer the most highly efficient and cost effective method of rendering large and modest areas. Smaller areas may be hand applied

Advantages: Reductions in labour and time, allowing scaffold to be dismantled and ground works to begin earlier in the programme. Monocouche Renders offer real cost benefits over traditional methods.

Certification:
Certificate of Assessment in the UK by BBA or WIMLAS, both accepted by the NHBC and Building Regulations. Monocouche Renders comply or have been tested in accordance with the recommendations set by British Standards.

Technical service: Weber & Broutin's team of highly trained representatives are available to give guidance on matters relating to Monocouche Renders. Each new project receives its unique specification.

Monopral Cemrend is ideal for most masonry and concrete substrates and offers the user the opportunity to select from a wide range of available finishes.

Monopral Cemrend is formulated to take full advantage of the short application programme achievable with one coat renders and, subject to weather conditions, can be applied and scraped in a single day.

Monopral Cemrend is usually pump applied using a spray rendering machine in one pass depending on the condition and construction of the substrate and degree of protection required.

Monopral Cemrend is also suitable for manual application (scraped and stone finishes only).

Monopral Cemrend provides an economic exterior finish for all types of building.

Monocouche Cemrend provides architects and building designers the opportunity to create original solutions for the individual project. Monocouche Renders are virtually maintenance free and guaranteed by the manufacturer.
